Fast Lane Closed on Sh. Hamad Causeway at Muharraq

Ministry of Works, in co-operation with the General Directorate of Traffic of the Ministry of the Interior, announces that as part of expansion joint maintenance works on Sh. Hamad Causeway at Muharraq Area necessitate closure of the fast lane in both directions and two lanes will be provided for the traffic movement in both directions.

The closure will be effective starting from Wednesday 20/08/2025 at 12:30 am to Friday 22/08/2025 at 12:30 am. All road users are requested to observe and obey the traffic rules for safety of all.​
