The Ministry of Works, in collaboration with the General Directorate of Traffic, has announced a temporary lane closure on Oman Avenue to carry out essential water transmission works.
The closure will affect the slow lane for westbound traffic, specifically on the stretch located between Saqiyah Avenue and Abdulrahman Jassim Kanoo Avenue. It is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, and will remain in effect for a period of two weeks.
During this time, one lane will be allocated to maintain the flow of traffic. Motorists are urged to exercise caution and adhere to all traffic signs and rules for their safety and the safety of other road users.
